Use the Bloodbank to maintain $BLOOD / ETH liquidity

The Bloodbank should be used in part as a Liquidity Provider for the Uniswap $BLOOD/$ETH pool. This will help ensure there is always sufficient ETH and $BLOOD in the pool at all times for those wishing to buy or sell $BLOOD. It is not a good look when users are unable to swap as they wish and this will help maintain confidence and value in the $BLOOD ecosystem. As the Bloodpool is funded by the Vampiresses, not the Vamps or Bats who actually generate the $BLOOD, this should not violate any OpenSea rules regarding securities etc.
