Blood Shop Resale Shop

You are voting to dedicate resources from the DAO to build a Blood Shop Resale Shop.

Main Goal: To allow those that win giftcards or raffle items to have an opportunity to relist those items for sale in exchange for $BLOOD.

Reasoning: The current Blood Shop is great but there are not enough resources inside the DAO to provide opportunities for all members to purchase items. My creating a resale storefront, those that win items can resell for a profit while giving those that didn't win an opportunity to still purchase items.

Consideration: We do understand that this would take dedicated development time and would ask that this be completed in 30-60 days from completion of vote by allocating the needed funds to pay a developer specifically for this deliverable. This should not derail the SVS Team from their current roadmap.

Function

• When someone wins an item they are actually purchasing a claim ticket (not the item)
• The claim ticket can be 'cashed in' at anytime for the item
• The claim ticket can be relisted on the Blood Shop Resale Store for a fixed amount
• If the item is purchased the new owner will receive the claim ticket to they can claim
• The resale shop can charge a 5% BLOOD fee on all transactions to increase the overall burn rate.

Additional Benefit: The current process already requires a manual claim to process any giftcards (by the SVS Team). Implementing a claim ticket process would actually make things easier as there wouldn't be a rush of items every two weeks.
