Remove Two Week $BLOOD Claim

The requirement to claim every two weeks keeps investors, DAO's and Whales out of the project.

This is primarily what is missing for sustainable growth.

You can't want the project to grow and then tell major players they are not welcome in the community by creating rules that go against common investment practices.

This is another example of short term instant gratification seeking that has limited success of this project to this point. Do not let it get worse.
