BloodBag: Consider Extension of Time Period to Claim BloodBag

In Lieu of the TWO prior proposals to eliminate the Claim period for the Bi-Weekly BloodBag indefinitely this proposal is to encourage the team to consider:

• Extending Claim period from two weeks to up to 1 month, 6 months or 1 year
• Unclaimed Bloodbags at the end of the period would be redistributed or burned at the end of the Claim period. Its not unreasonable, even for Whales, to Claim their BloodBags at some point or choose not to
• items that were in the BloodBag that are not Blood would not be able to be extended past the initial two-week period (ie prizes, WL spots, merch, anything else)
