Increase Royalties on Vamps and Bats to Supplement Blood Bank DAO

Currently the Royalty on Vamps and Bats is 2.5% and 100% of it goes to the SVS team. The Royalty on Vampiresses is 5% and 2.5% of that goes to the Blood Bank DAO. This royalty is not enough to sustain the Blood Bank and offer bi-weekly prizes and raffle items for Holders.

This proposal is to:

• increase Royalty on Bats and Vamps by 2.5% to 5% total and have that extra 2.5% be contributed to the Blood Bank DAO. The SVS team will still receive their 2.5%.

• Pros - helps create a sustainable ecosystem of Blood and provide needed funds to the DAO - the Royalites off the Vampiress collection is too low due to slow sales and the floor price

• Cons: makes selling a vamp or Bat slightly more expensive via 2.5% of incremental fees
