Roadmap v3.0 (Re-Vamp of 2.0)

This Proposal is for the SVS team to consider 're-vamping' the 2.0 Roadmap to incorporate some innovative and Bold ideas. Although the BloodBags / Blood Shop are keeping the community engaged during this market downturn in order for SVS to survive & THRIVE long-term some dramatic changes to the current roadmap need to be considered along with laying out a CLEAR path toward achieving Roadmap v3.0.

CURRENT ROADMAP 2.0

• next steps involve 3D models, Gen 2 Companions & Blood Pact
• no specific timing or plans communicated to community
• Size of Gen 2 collection has diluted SVS brand and weighed down overall project floor
• "more of the same" via Gen 2 companion will not create new demand for SVS and will not elevate the project to new levels - and likely dilute values further. floor price on Gen 2 companions would be <0.01
• BloodBags and Blood Shop are great ideas and are keeping community engaged during downturn but royalties are not sufficient to keep it going past 10/31/22 likely

Ideas for Roadmap 3.0 for team to consider:

• keep 3D models
• Consider ending the Blood Bag process on October 31, 2022 and replacing it with a new Blood Token that is capped in supply (like ApeCoin)
• Consider scratching Gen 2 Companion and focus on Blood Pact and whole new collection that launches 10/31/22
• New Collection could be funded in part by DAO funds, art by Mig and whole new/different yet related branded collection. Heavy marketing to attract new investors. Major partnerships/influencers. For those SVS holders holding a family, the collection could be minted 100% BLOOD. Limit collection size to increase value
• Make amends with YUGA and seek to be a partner/project that utilizes Otherside :)
• Implement new Burning mechanism for Gen 1 Vamps (like Bats) - ASAP
• Actually promote someplace the "Net" collection size of Bats (8888 less graveyard less those devoured). Nobody knows the true collection size, neutering the economic benefit of of a shrinking collection size - ASAP
• clearly lay out milestones and timelines on website and Discord - ASAP

In Summary, the current BloodBag bi-weekly process (although necessary during this crypto winter to keep community engaged) is bleeding down the DAO. Without bold changes to the longer-term roadmap the Project could be in a difficult spot by 10/31/22. By Addressing the future SOON with a re-vamped roadmap and CLEAR communication of the strategy and Roadmap, SVS can survive and THRIVE and OG holders can see value from holding families of SVS.
