SWPR Emissions Future

Following the completion of the initial liquidity provider allocation, the Swapr community has been discussing various options as an immediate step forward for SWPR emissions. This snapshot proposal has been prepared to collect SWPR holder feedback and to secure a direction to take emissions in the immediate future.

Question: What should be done with the unallocated fund of 2.1m SWPR? Should it be used for a three month campaign for the pairs above?

Since there is a pot of unutilized funds initially allocated to emissions throughout the first year, and considering the current discussions of the Swapr product and long-term token strategy, the discussions primarily revolved around:

• Utilizing a portion or all of the unallocated funds to continue campaigns for three months on important strategic pairs on both Arbitrum and Gnosis Chain
• Curating the entire community towards a direction and action plan for the future of the SWPR token after the three-month interim campaigns

DXdao remains in control of 1,763,777.78 SWPR tokens that have been unallocated from the initial 14,000,000 SWPR allocation to emissions in the first year. This does not account for the return of SWPR indicated in the final allocation that was to be utilized without need for additional transfers. This represents 252,000 SWPR and 196,000 SWPR respectively.

Provided this proposal is to pass, the following pairs would receive the indicated amount of SWPR tokens spread evenly over the coming three months, starting on December 1st, 2022.

Gnosis Chain

• COW-WETH

Arbitrum One

• SWPR-WETH
• USDC-WETH
