In order to run Swarm flexibly and quickly, it is proposed to allocate $300k of SWM from the Treasury and use it under Swarm Council oversight.

Purpose and rationale for the Governance Action and its intended outcomes

In order to be able to pay for day-to-day expenses incurred by Swarm, such as marketing, in a flexible and unbureaucratic manner, a sum of $300kSWM is estimated.
