Description of the proposed Governance Action This vote is to pull 302,118 SWM from the treasury to airdrop for those who had unclaimed rewards.

Purpose and rationale for the Governance Action and its intended outcomes The staking contract timing error did not allow for us to access unclaimed rewards.

Identify the specific uses for which Swarm Treasury funds may be expended to support the Governance Action; All the SWM will be airdropped based on a snapshot taken July 2nd.
