Create an opt-in ad blocker feature for the Swash extension

Once developed as part of the Swash extension, the adblocker feature will stop all ads while you surf. Users can choose to turn this feature on or off via the Swash extension. Combined with the sAds feature, users will then be able to choose to see only the ads they get paid for. The ad blocker feature will be in the form of a toggle in the extension settings or a pop up menu.
