Shutdown SWPR token

As we sunset the SWPR token, we plan to liquidate 515K ARB into WETH, resulting in approximately $360K USD, which will be distributed proportionally to all SWPR holders across the Arbitrum and Gnosis chains.

Key Details: • Circulating Supply: 23,988,449 SWPR (including pending reimbursements) • Estimated Distribution: ~$0.015 USDC per SWPR (could be more or less based on how ARB reacts until we liquidate and the price of ETH) • Chains Covered: Arbitrum and Gnosis • Process: Liquidation of ARB to USDC/WETH, followed by proportional distribution by setting a limit order in Cowswap in both chains proportinately.

Key numbers: The total circulating supply is 15,428,651 in arbitrum (19094508 - 3665857 in converter contract) The total circulating supply is 8,559,798 in gnosis chain (22608467 - Swapr DAO - Swapr liquidity injection)

Once this proposal passes, all the ARB will be converted to ETH immediately after and a limit order will be placed on both Arbitrum and Gnosis chain for converting SWPR to WETH.

Swapr.eth.limo will still continue to exist Swapr V3 and V2 will still continue to exist and actively worked on in Gnosis chain. Swapr V3 has recently crossed 150M in total volume and is actively being used by seer.pm as a liquidity engine for the prediction market.
