Staker Pot Pancake Squad, Draw Probability Update Vote

After new implementation of probability decided Staker Pot draw system, here's a proposal to vote again to get an updated "feel" on conserving squads for treasury versus distributing them as Friday prizes in the staker pot.

Vote Yes, if you want to distribute squads for staker prizes Vote No, if you want to keep them in treasury

If you're in between, you can vote yes on one wallet, and no on another wallet accordingly. (Example: you own 10 swpr's, and you want 80% of squad treasury to be conserved, vote No with 8 on one wallet, Yes with 2 on another)

More update votes may be useful in the future

Updated probability will be implemented starting Friday the 12th based on the outcome of the voting
