Refund 50% of SquadStrat LP BNB from fees

This proposal aims to refund 50% of the BNB fees payed for initial LP of SquadStrategy using the fees earned by the PixelSweeper treasury so far.

The LP was initiated with 5 BNB, so this proposals aims for 2.5 BNB refund to the deployer address: 0x6556C72B13D0b5F6De6a22f2A5C4AC3dB998E9B0.

The PixelSweeper treasury earned 5.98 BNB in fees so far from SquadStrategy.

The LP is currently locked for a year, with approval of this proposal, ownership of 50% of the LP would be transfered to the treasury once the lock allows this.
