[SIP-5]: The next chain to expand the Symbiosis protocol: Arbitrum

Context

Symbiosis launched the zkSync Era integration a week ago with great success. And now it's time to go further. The more networks are connected to Symbiosis, the more versatile the protocol becomes. The next candidate is Arbitrum.

Proposal

1. Add Arbitrum to the Symbiosis protocol:

• The stablecoin on Arbitrum to operate will be USDC.
• Deploy and tune Symbiosis contracts on Arbitrum.
• Add support for the new blockchain in the Symbiosis protocol: the new stablecoin should be added to Symbiosis AMM DEX on the host chain, and the Symbiosis relayer network should start working with the newly added blockchain.
• Add routing via DEXes on Arbitrum.

2. Start the reward program for providing liquidity (cross-chan farming) for Arbitrum.

Key points

Arbitrum is one of the largest L2 to scale Ethereum using Optimistic rollups. Arbitrum's mainnet went live on September 1, 2021. The highest TVL of all L2s.
