[SIP-6]: Should Optimism be next to be joined?

Context

The recent integration of a well-known L2, Arbitrum, into the Symbiosis protocol has proved that good old L2s are in high demand to conduct swaps to and from. So having another well-known L2 in the Symbiosis chain collection will be a good asset.

Proposal

Add another popular L2: Optimism to the Symbiosis protocol. The integration includes the following:

• The stablecoin on Optimism to operate will be USDC.
• Deploy and tune Symbiosis contracts on Optimism.
• Add routing via DEXes on Optimism.

Key points

• Optimism has received significant attention from the Ethereum community, with its TVL being second only to the Arbitrum TVL.
• Optimism is an EVM-compatible chain, which means its integration and operation will be smooth.
