Symbiosis is designed to provide users with cross-chain token swaps across a broad set of blockchain networks. The protocol currently supports more than 60 networks.
Many supported networks continue to develop, maintain infrastructure, and attract user and developer activity. At the same time, some networks may show the opposite trend, with little or no transaction activity, limited technical updates, and declining relevance for cross-chain and on-chain operations.
Networks should be reviewed not only for integration opportunities, but also for continued relevance. Where a network shows low transaction activity, limited technical updates, and ongoing infrastructure overhead, maintaining support may no longer be justified.
Remove support for cross-chain swaps involving the following networks:
Core DAO
ZkLink
Kava EVM
Bahamut
Polygon zkEVM
This change would discontinue cross-chain routing for these networks within Symbiosis.
Removing support for low-activity networks may reduce risks for users.
It may reduce infrastructure and maintenance overhead for the protocol.
Liquidity and operational focus may be redirected to networks with higher activity and stronger strategic relevance.
