Title: Redistribution of 163 Syncronauts

Description:

When we sold 49% of all Syncronauts NFTs, a whale group jumped in and bought the remaining 51% within 10-15 minutes. Therefore, users that had the intention to buy Syncronauts weren't able to get in.

We've had good discussions with said whale group, and we were able to reclaim back 163 Syncronauts. Now the whales own 30% of the supply, which is much healthier for the DAO. The 163 Syncronauts are currently in the Syncronats Space Vault, and this proposal is about how to redistribute them.

Once this proposal gets accepted, there will be a 48-hour window to claim 63 Syncronauts as follows:

  1. Existing Syncronauts can buy up to 3 additional Syncronaut NFTs
  2. People, that intended to buy and missed the entry because of the quick sell-out can buy up to 2 Syncronaut NFTs
  3. Existing Syncronauts can nominate new members; they also can buy up to 2 Syncronaut NFTs

The price for all will be 0.25 ETH + gas.

All new users must introduce themselves in the #ice-breaker and let us know what value they bring to the DAO. Nominated users need to tell us also who referred them.

The treasurers will manage sales via OpenSea private Sale listings. Fees will be 2.5% to OS and 4.20% to the Syncronauts Space Vault.

The mod team will provide a straightforward buy process.

The other 100 Syncronaut NFTs will stay in the Syncronauts Space Vault to protect the DAO. In addition, Syncronaut NFTs that didn't get sold within 48 hours will also remain in the Space Vault.
