p27 Compensation for proposal

The goal of this proposal is to reward community members who are spending a few hours creating, managing, and executing a proposal that brings value to Jarvis.

I propose to compensate 2 kinds of proposals, provided that the proposal has been taken care of from A to Z by one or a group of community members:

1. A proposal that led to an increase in one of these metrics: TVL, volume, number of users or trades, Twitter followers, new partnerships, new integrations (these metrics can be easily tracked through our Dune Analytics dashboard); the compensation should be $3k in either jFIAT of JRT.

2. A proposal that led to an investment with a profit; should be compensated 20% of the realized profits, capped at $3k in jFIAT and/or JRT.

This compensation scheme should be maintained until the JRT market cap remains below $20M and until the JRT liquidity remains below $5M, for 30 consecutive days.

Core team members are excluded from all the above.
