P44 - Only-use-jrt-as-collateral-for-aur-apr22

Instead of using 25k UMA and 85k JRT for the rewards of Aur-apr22, I propose to use only JRT as collateral (85k or 110k). Indeed, liquidity of UMA on polygon is really poor, and when you redeem it at the end of the program, there is a lot a slippage if you want to sell it which lowers the yield. It permit JRT holders to increase their bag of JRT or for yield farmer to better they yield because of the better liquidity of the JRT.
