Summary

Signers renewal of the Jarvis Network DAO committee

Context

This proposal is the 3rd renewal of the committee members, and will follow the new multisig rules approved on P-90. Note that the JIP-1 about updating the committee scope & rewards is still being discussed. This proposal is published to renew signers before considering creating new swap safes.

Rationale

Tools like OnChainDen greatly improved the multisig efficiency which can explain why this proposal is posted now instead of this summer.

However with the recent committee scope increase, it makes sense to evaluate signers stats and propose a renewal. The following data were found using Den stats function.

Transactions since last rotation:

2075 transactions have been created across all multisigs since the last signer rotation.

Breakdown of transactions signed by committee member

• The top 3 should be renewed if they agree (Sacha, Dydymoon & Arnaud)
• The Middle 3 can re candidate (Pascal, Tomplr & Valentin)
• The bottom 2 must leave their spot for one round (StephaneSG & Starny)

Reminder, the multisig threshold will move from 5/8 to 5/9

Means

Confirm with Top 3 if they agree to be renewed Propose to middle 3 to re candidate Replace bottom 2 for at least one period Communicate to find new signers candidate

Top 3 (Sacha, Dydymoon & Arnaud) agree to be auto renewed

This means we need to elect 6 candidates among the 7 candidates
