p58-2 launch a 2eur pool with agEUR

The ag5eur pool was inefficient, and we have discussed with Angle core team to create a 2eur pool with only jEUR and agEUR.

The target would be $1M with a yield of 30%, for 60 days. This equals to $25k of rewards from Jarvis in JRT and $25k of rewards from Angle in ANGLE.

Launch of the ANGLE-JRT Futures JUL22 contract, with a target of $50k with a yield of 100%, for 60 days. This equals $4.25k from Jarvis in JRT and $4.25k from Angle in ANGLE.

Altogether, the program would cost $29.25k of JRT and $29.25k of ANGLE for 60 days.
