p18-1-2 Determine which euro stablecoins to include in the factory pool on Curve Polygon

PROPOSAL SUMMARY

The objective is to determine the euro stablecoins to include in the factory pool on Curve Polygon. I propose to include:

• jEUR (from Jarvis)
• PAR (from Mimo Capital)
• EURS (Stasis)
• EURT (Tether)

In my opinion, all 4 tokens should be included in the pool, allowing users to swap on the EURO stablecoin they want , and it could lead to more volumes, so higher rewards for LPs and potentially more jEUR minted. I had a discussion with the Mimo team and they agreed to help us incentivize the factory pool. I know the PAR token recently had peg problems but it has been resolved. Also, having PAR in the pool would help keep the peg.
