#p26 multi-sig owner

The treasury has started to grow a lot and needs to be more securely and "decentralizely" managed.

Multi-sig signers would need to make sure that the treasury is managed according to the approved proposals.

I propose to select 8 signers for a 5-8 multi-sig for a duration of 3 months, as per our discussions on Discord.

You may spread your vote between 8 candidates. The 8 candidates with the most votes would be selected.
