Incentivize minting jFiat - 2/3

This is a proposal, constituted by 3 sub-proposal and votes.

2 - How the rewards should be distributed?

Following the first proposal about the percentage of $UMA tokens that should be shared with the jFiat minter and holder, another question needs to be addressed.

The most straightforward solution is to distribute the $UMA tokens to the participant.

But some community members suggested to sell some of the $UMA tokens used for rewarding the participant, for USDC, to mint more jFiat with these USDC, and to reward the participants with these USDC.

This will increase a bit the number of jFiat, and therefore the number of $UMA tokens received the following week.

Some community members added that we could also give some JRT to increase the APY.

Note: if the option 2, 3 or 4 wins, another vote will be held to determine the ratio between these tokens.
