(p11-1) Regular voting procedure

Ave Senators!

Following the discussion on p11-1, let us vote on the regular voting procedure.

The new voting procedure:

Time frame: Thursday to Sunday
Passable percentage: 50% + 1
Procedure: 1st vote on the Proposal as a whole, 2nd vote on different parameters of the said vote (can be multiple votes).

This vote will use the above parameters, to showcase and test them. We can later vote on the adjustments of the said parameters.
