(p7-1) Emperor Mode: treasury allocation

It is time we vote on the Emperor Mode for Jarvis Treasury.
What is Emperor mode? - If passed it will give full or partial control of the Jarvis Treasury to the Jarvis Team (namely Pascal) for a specified amount of time. This is done to maximize returns of the treasury by bypassing lengthy voting procedures. It will also minimize the risk of liquidation, as we can act accordingly in the timely manner without the vote process.
The mandate can be renewed or canceled by the end of each period.
PROGRAM
We will mainly focus on low risk farming with stablecoin on farms like Convex and Jarvis using Jarvis Exchange Bank contract.
In this vote, we will decide the percentage of the treasury for Emperor Mode, the second vote will decide on the timeframe of the mandate:
