p50-2 New Team of signers for DAO multi-sig (MAY to JULY)

Based on the new process for the renewal of the team of signers for the DAO multi-sig (P50-1 here : https://vote.jarvis.network/#/proposal/Qmd7gfaHsvW7derCapwFn35zPS8gFGV8NWf4C5anW1drhq ), Jarvis Network DAO need to vote for the new team of signers among the candidates listed below.

You should rank these candidates knowing that, from the current team:

• 2 from the top3 signers agree to be renewed in their role (automatic renewal): @Pascal & @valentin
• 2 from the middle Tier are Candidates for the new team : @Forthune & @dydymoon.eth
• the others are either not candidates for the new team or in the last Tier of signers of the current Team.

The ranking obtained from this vote will be used as the order of verification for the possibility of the candidates to be part of the new team ( aka compliance with the conditions against possible collusion, 2 signers can't live in the same city, no more than 2 in the same country or region). THIS MEANS THAT THE 6 NEW MEMBERS OF THE NEXT TEAM MAY NOT BE THE FIRST 6 CANDIDATES IN THE RANKING OBTAINED BY THIS VOTE.
