Allot Gitcoin Grant Funds to ETH Denver and Community Bounties

Introduction

The Tally Ho Gitcoin grant, created by a Tally Ho Community member, received massive support with over >100k$ in donations made to date. All of these funds have been directly transferred to the Tally Ho Multi-Sig Safe, safeguarded by 5 Community members. These donations allow an opportunity to accelerate the development of the Tally Ho wallet by offering developer Bounties.

Proposal

This is a proposal to approve a spending of $50,000 of the Gitcoin grant donations to two initiatives.

• ETH Denver Bounties ($25k)
• Public Bounties, throughout 2023 ($25k) If this proposal passes, funds will be transferred by the Multi-sig to the respective bounty platforms directly when needed.

Voting eligibility

All addresses that signed the Tally Ho Web3Pledge prior to January 26th 8am UTC will be able to vote on this proposal, with each address holding a vote weight of 1.
