As we approach the ending of Season 3 'Talent Game' (Jan - Jun 2023), we reflect on progress made and look forward to the future. Season 3 aimed to turn passive investors into active contributors. We introduced new ways of earning $TAL tokens and to empower builders to make significant career progress. 🫡

As we gear up for Season 4 (Jul - Dec 2023), our strategy is to double down on 'Goals' as sharing goals and progress publicly increases the chances of success. Great things often start with a goal - a collaboration, a grant, a business, a friendship. 🤝

During Season 4, we will adhere to 3 key product principles:

1. Invest on What’s Unique: focus on what sets us apart - career goals and updates. We're putting our energy into making these features shine.

2. First Impressions Matter: the first seconds matter. From the initial impression to account setup, all the way to that "aha" moment when you first see the value that the Talent Protocol app brings.

3. Keep it Simple, Make it Smooth: we're reducing friction and features, focusing on a single user story, and making web3 components even more user-friendly.

And, we have identified 6 product priorities for Season 4:

AI Assistant 🤖 Use AI integrations to help members write better goals and better updates.

Appreciation 🙏 Help members grow their circle of supporters with special invitations that recognize their past supporters.

Career Updates 💫 Rebuild Career Updates to incentivize more quality, create a space for feedback, and improve the distribution of updates.

Goal-centric Profile 🚀 Redesign the talent profile to highlight goals (future) and progress (present), giving less importance to jobs and education (past). Connect goals with sponsorships so members can get support for specific goals.

Search 🔎 Simplify search, add filters to make it easier to use, and add goal search.

Sponsorships 💸 Earn cash-back in TAL every time you sponsor a talent.
