[TIP-1] Proposal for the Launch of Talken DAO

Background Talken DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) designed to enable community members to directly participate in key decision-making processes of Talken.

• It operates based on transparency and fairness.
• Community members can freely share and discuss ideas, such as improvements, new features, or policy changes, through official channels like Telegram and Discord.
• Proposals approved via DAO voting are implemented, driving the continuous growth and development of the Talken ecosystem.

Proposal To facilitate the efficient operation of Talken DAO, we propose unlocking the 'Reserve for DAO' allocation from the Token Distribution. The unlocked TALK will be deposited into the DAO treasury and used for the following purposes:

1. Ecosystem Growth

• Grants and bounty programs for Web3 service providers, Talken development partners, and creators.

2. Technical Development

• Development of new features and enhancement of existing functionalities across Talken services.

3. Community Incentives

• Providing incentives for liquidity providers and community contributors.

'Reserve for DAO' Details

• Constitutes 15% of the Total Supply, totaling 75,000,000 TALK.
• As of December 10, 2024, no funds have been unlocked.
• Upon unlocking, 3,125,000 TALK will be unlocked monthly over 24 months.

1. Community-Driven Growth

• Enables users and ecosystem partners to actively participate in the development of the ecosystem.

2. Transparent Decision-Making

• Ensures the DAO treasury's management and utilization are transparent via on-chain data.

3. Accelerated Ecosystem Expansion

• Grants and bounty programs incentivize participation from Web3 service providers, creators, and partners, expanding the Talken ecosystem.

Decision Request

• If this proposal is approved by the community, the first TALK unlock will take place in January 2025.
• TALK deposited into the DAO treasury will be utilized as outlined above.

• Voting: One week of voting on Talken Governance and Snapshot following the community discussion period
