[TIP-6] Proposal for Strategic Partnership Execution and Marketing Grant for Oncore Labs

Summary Talken proposes granting 2,000,000 TALK to Oncore Labs to transform our partnership into measurable results through joint marketing, user growth, and liquidity support.

The grant will be provided under the following conditions: • Make Talken Wallet the default wallet on ToyMachine.Fun (TMF) with continuous exposure • Create and maintain a TALK liquidity pool on Meteora for at least 1 year • Launch joint campaigns and user engagement initiatives with Talken

1. Background Oncore Labs has been a key technical and strategic partner in Talken’s Solana integration. They operate fast-growing Web3 services such as launchpads, raffles, photo apps, and esports through TMF. This proposal seeks to convert this collaboration into concrete outcomes, supporting sustainable DAO growth.
