[TIP-7] Proposal for Vote Reward Pilot Program to Boost Talken Governance Participation

Summary

To increase participation in Talken Governance and promote decentralized decision-making, this proposal introduces a limited-time pilot program that rewards voters with TALK Reward Points.

Proposed Structure • Period: 3-month trial • Reward Budget: 100,000 TALK Reward Points per proposal • Eligibility: All users who vote YES or NO • Distribution: Proportional to the TALK amount used for voting • Voting Requirement: Must vote using TALK on the Ethereum network

1. Background

Current voter turnout in Talken Governance is low, with important proposals often decided by a small number of participants. This poses risks to the decentralization and transparency of the DAO. Providing meaningful incentives for TALK holders is expected to boost engagement and foster a healthier, more legitimate governance system.

2. Program Details

• Trial Duration: 3 months • Reward per Proposal: 100,000 TALK Reward Points • Who Can Receive Rewards: All voters (YES or NO) • Distribution Method: Proportional to the TALK voting amount

• Voting Requirement: Must vote using TALK on Ethereum network
• Reward Timing: Within 7 days after voting ends
• Budget Source: DAO Treasury (activated only if this proposal passes) ※ TALK Reward Points can be redeemed for TALK tokens.
