[TIP-5] Proposal for Grant to Support Talken Market Integration into TopPort and Rebranding

This proposal requests the approval to allocate a 1,000,000 TALK grant to support the integration of Talken Market into the TopPort platform operated by AhnLab Blockchain Company (ABC), and to rebrand the service as TopPort NFT.

• Talken will support TopPort NFT as a strategic partner.
• 30% of TopPort NFT’s transaction fees will be allocated monthly to the Talken DAO Treasury.
• TALK will be used as a base currency alongside KAIA and USDT within the marketplace.

Background

To maximize the potential and success of Talken Market, we believe that integration with the TopPort platform—operated by AhnLab Blockchain Company (ABC), which has deep expertise in NFT services—is the most effective path forward. Through this rebranding, we aim to strengthen the professionalism and scalability of the service, and plan to actively drive early user onboarding through Klip Wallet integration and targeted marketing campaigns.

Talken Market will be integrated into ABC’s TopPort platform and rebranded as TopPort NFT, establishing a stable and advanced NFT marketplace.

2. Grant for Rebranding and Marketing Support
