[TIP-2] Proposal for the 2024 Roadmap Review and 2025 Roadmap

Background In 2024, Talken made significant development progress, launching several key services and updates. We aim to build on these achievements and further enhance the Talken ecosystem in 2025 through detailed Strategic Initiatives for Ecosystem Expansion and a comprehensive Product Vision.

2024 Achievements • In the first half of the year, Talken launched several key services and updates, including the Talken Faucet service, Talken Bridge based on wormhole, and Talken Reward Point system. Additionally, the Talken Invitation system was updated. • In the latter half of the year, Talken successfully expanded its platform through the Talken Wallet for Telegram and Talken Wallet for Web. The Talken Wallet for Telegram is available on mobile, PC, and tablets. The development of the Talken governance community and DAO services was also finalized.

Proposal for 2025 roadmap To further expand and enhance the Talken ecosystem in 2025, we propose the following roadmap:

• Strategic Initiatives for Ecosystem Expansion . Talken Staking Service: A TALK staking platform designed to incentivize governance participants, encouraging active engagement and contribution to the ecosystem’s growth. . Talken Ecosystem Program: Launching initiatives to accelerate ecosystem growth and broaden collaboration opportunities. . Gateway to Global Web3 Services: Introducing global Web3 services to South Korea and Asia, serving as the key connector to localize and drive adoption in these markets.

• Product Vision . Focus on Wallet: Enhancing user convenience with seamless UI/UX and chain abstraction to simplify multi-chain interactions. . Non-EVM MPC Wallets: Expand wallet support to include Bitcoin, Solana, TON, Aptos, and other non-EVM chains leveraging Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology. . Accessibility Enhancements: - Release of browser extensions and embedded adaptors for broader integration. - Simplified and secure passkey onboarding for an effortless user experience. . Transaction Fee Delegation Feature: Implement a gas fee abstraction mechanism, covering transaction fees to lower the entry barrier for new users.

Decision Request • If this proposal is approved by the community, the strategic initiatives and product vision outlined above will be implemented starting in 2025.

Community Participation Discussion and Voting Timeline: • Community Discussion: One week of open discussions on Telegram and Discord. • Voting: One week of voting on Talken Governance and Snapshot following the community discussion period.
