[TIP-9] Proposal for the 2025 Roadmap Review and 2026 Talken Roadmap

Proposal Background

In 2025, Talken achieved meaningful progress in ecosystem expansion and product development as the first year in which the DAO-led governance model was fully launched.

Building on these achievements, Talken aims to further strengthen its position as Web3 Wallet infrastructure in 2026 and expand innovative, user-centric services through enhanced interoperability, yield opportunities, and multichain support.

This proposal presents a detailed review of Talken’s 2025 achievements and requests community approval for the proposed 2026 roadmap.

2025 Key Achievements Review

1. Ecosystem Expansion • TALK Staking Launch . Provision of competitive APY weekly rewards based on staking position and promotion of events to activate staking • Support Programs for Ecosystem Growth and Collaboration . Key example: 1M TALK grant support for integrating Talken Market into AhnLab Blockchain Company (ABC)'s TopPort platform • Korea and Asia Market Localization . Support for building the Korean community for Solana OG Renji's memecoin launchpad ToyMachine.fun and expansion of the user base through Talken Wallet for Embedded integration

2. Product Development • Non-EVM Chain Support . Completed support for Bitcoin and Solana based on MPC technology • Product Launches and Improvements . Talken Kit (wallet connection solution), Talken Wallet for Extension (Chrome extension, scheduled for December release), multi-wallet login support (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, etc.) • Multichain UI/UX Improvements . Providing a more user-friendly experience through simplification of the chain switching process and interface improvements (ongoing)

3. Partnerships • Anti-scalping NFT ticketing system jointly developed by AhnLab Blockchain Company, Tokenpost, and Eternal Editions, completed demonstration at the 2025 music festival Waterbomb and concluded an industry stakeholder event (December)

2026 Roadmap Proposal

In 2026, we will pursue the following initiatives to strengthen Web3 Wallet infrastructure and expand user-centric services.

1. Cross-chain Stablecoin Swap Support seamless exchange of stablecoins across various blockchain networks • Key Features: Stablecoin cross-chain swap (e.g., Ethereum USDT <-> Solana USDT), swaps between different stablecoins (e.g., USDT <-> USDC), low fees and fast processing speed • Expected Impact: Resolution of asset movement complexity in multichain environments and reduction of DeFi participation barriers

2. Earn Product Expansion Expansion of various Earn products providing competitive yield (APY) • Strategy: Development of additional product lines based on Talken Staking, integration with major DeFi protocols, AI agent service development • Expected Impact: Expansion of staking opportunities for TALK tokens and various in-wallet assets, provision of actual returns for long-term holders, and improvement of ecosystem participation

3. Non-EVM Chain Support Expansion Expansion of support for popular Non-EVM chains beyond Bitcoin and Solana • Secure private key management based on MPC technology • Phased addition of chains considering market demand and ecosystem size (Tron, TON, etc. under review) • Final decision through community feedback

Decision Request

If this proposal is approved through DAO governance voting, the 2026 Talken roadmap outlined above will be formally adopted and executed.
