Increasing $TPAD/ $WETH LP

This vote decides IF liquidity for TPAD should be increased, and the manner is it done in.

-20% of taxes will still be reserved for wTao rewards.

-Consider the '100%' mentioned in voting choices as the rest of the taxes (80%) and the collective vote decides how they're directed.

At the moment, rest of taxes is being used to buyback $TPAD. Possible ways to move forward:

A) Keep 100% of the taxes for buybacks B) 50% of the taxes for buybacks and 50% for increasing the LP C) 75% of the taxes should be used to increase the LP and 25% for buybacks D) 100% of the taxes should be used to increase the LP
