2024年に緑デッキがチャレンジカップ（legend）のtop 10入りを達成していないことから、強化案を提案いたしました。議論を経て、以下の4つの選択肢に絞らせていただきました。

投票内容：

1. フェニックス：コストを1減少 (0.1人月)
2. 可能性のリフレクト：バフを+2/+1に強化 (0.1人月)
3. アースボトル（および覚醒アースボトル）：コストを0に (0.2人月)
4. 強化なし

ただし、選択肢4は、1〜3の合計得票数を上回った場合に採用となります。

Due to the fact that green decks have not achieved a top 10 ranking in the Challenge Cup (legend) in 2024, I have proposed strengthening measures. After discussion, we have narrowed it down to the following four options.

Voting content:

1. Phoenix: Reduce cost by 1 (0.1 person-month)
2. Possibility Reflection: Strengthen buff to +2/+1 (0.1 person-month)
3. Earth Bottle (and [Developed] Earth Bottle): Change cost to 0 (0.2 person-month)
4. No strengthening

However, option 4 will only be adopted if it exceeds the total number of votes for options 1-3.
