（jp） 提出者：やんぐ#155822 開発工数：0 提案内容：ＮＦＴの能力調整のガバナンス提案のルールを以下のとおり制定する。 1　NFTカードの調整は、下記の条件によるガバナンス投票を経なければならない。 ⑴　レジェンドカード（リミテッドレジェンドも含む）の下方修正は許さない。　 ⑵　その他のNFTカードの下方修正は、ガバナンス投票で75％以上の得票を得なければならない。 ⑶　NFTカードの上方修正は、ガバナンス投票で50％以上の得票を得れば足りる。 2　前項第3号に基づく提案として提起されたガバナンス提案にかかるフォーラム上の議論期間に、当該提案が実質的に下方修正であるとの意見がひとつでもあった場合は、当該提案の可否及び必要得票数は、前項第1号及び第2号に準ずる。 3　前二項の規定にかかわらず、NFTカードのパラメータを発売当時のものに戻す提案は、ガバナンス投票で50％の得票を得れば足りる。 4　このルールの変更又は廃止は、ガバナンス投票による75％の得票を得なければならない。 5　事務局は、このルールをGitbook内のガバナンス提案ルールに記載する。

1 Revision of NFT cards must go through a governance vote according to the following conditions (1) No downward revisions of Legendary cards (including Limited Legendary cards) is allowed.　 (2) Downward revisions of other NFT cards must receive at least 75% of the votes in the Governance Vote. (3) Upward revision of an NFT card shall be sufficient if it receives at least 50% of the votes in the Governance Vote. 2 During the forum discussion period for a governance proposal submitted as a proposal under 1-(3), if there is even a single opinion that the proposal is in effect a downward revision, the eligibility of the proposal and the number of votes required shall be in accordance with 1-(1) or 1-(2). 3 Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two articles, a proposal to restore the parameters of an NFT card to those in effect at the time of its launch shall be sufficient if it receives 50% of the votes in the Governance Vote. 4 Any change or repeal of this rule must receive 75% of the votes cast by the Governance Vote. 5 The organizer will include this rule in the Rules for Governance Proposals in the Gitbook.
