Steward WG Transformation proposal

The intent of this vote is to approve the Stewards WG Transformation proposal. The proposal sets out a vision for establishing greater oversight, guidance, and accountability among the Stewards of the TEC and to further defines their role.

The successful passing of this vote (YES) will allow the Stewards WG to move forward with the modifications set out in the transformation proposal.

The failure to pass this vote (NO) will request the Stewards WG to re-engage with the community regarding the transformation proposal and the goals within.
