Short Summary:

This is a proposal to replace j1mmy as a multisig signer with catjam.

Motivation:

Catjam has more availability to sign multisig transactions

Proposal Details:

This is a proposal to remove j1mmy as a signer from the multisig and add catjam in his place. j1mmy has moved away from day to day involvement in MetricsDAO, so to keep our working groups running efficiently we believe it would be best to bring in a signer that can sign the necessary transactions as soon as possible. catjam is a core member of the DAO leading the Product, Design, & Dev pod and is deeply involved in day to day processes of the DAO, making her a sound choice for this role.

Voting Yes: Remove j1mmy from the multisig and add catjam. Voting No: Keep the current set of multisig signers.
