Which chain should TemplarDAO launch on next?

Being known as a Multi-chain Decentralized Hedge Fund, it is time for us to march forward! We are going to be launching on another chain of the community's choice! The launch ETA will be announced again in chat depending on which chain has been selected.

1. Arbitrum - Quite popular, a mini ETH but faced alot of downtime.

4. Harmony ONE - This is Templar's choice which means it is selected by the team :) Definitely a unique move, not many Ohmforks on there + an interesting option for our Treasury-Reverse Protocol Investment
