Should Tempus Labs Inc. be elected as the service contractor of the Tempus DAO for the next 2 years?

I would propose to put forward Tempus Labs Inc. (“Tempus Labs”) as the service contractor responsible for the day-to-day running of the Tempus DAO for an initial 2-year term, starting from the date this Snapshot vote is passed.

The goal here is to put in place the structure and processes necessary to make Tempus a fully Decentralized Autonomous Organization (“DAO”) by the end of 2022. We believe establishing Tempus to be a fully robust DAO, with Tempus DAO token holders playing a more active and involved role, will unlock both Tempus DAO and the Tempus community’s full potential.

This proposal pushes Tempus DAO towards this goal by giving Tempus DAO token holders the power to (1) elect Tempus Labs, and (2) remove Tempus Labs as the service provider, thereby ultimately improving accountability and fostering decentralization.
