We Them Media

We Them Media is a community-driven organization with the mission to make Black people across the diaspora first adopters of blockchain technology. We build inroads for Black professionals across industries, showing how blockchain is essential for both their fields and their communities. Evolving into a DAO, We Them Media will allow our global community to co-govern resources and fund projects that promote Black ownership in Web3. As an NPR-adjacent media company, we aim to bring Black voices on-chain, platforming creators shaping the future of Black culture and technology. We also explore public goods funding and use culture to connect with grassroots organizations committed to communal progress. By combining education, media, and decentralization, We Them Media seeks to amplify Black voices, foster cultural and economic impact, and advance blockchain adoption in black communities worldwide.

When communities don't have reliable channels to find integral information, it's up to them to collaborate to source, verify &syndicate it themselves. A permissionless and transparent platform designed to democratize the token presale process. Speedball transforms traditional token launches, providing a secure and equitable way for all participants to engage in and benefit from the DeFi space.

A permissionless task coordination and incentivization protocol. A staking based mechanisms powers task coordination through proposition, prioritization, contribution and validation on chain. Incented enables autonomous coordination and equitable rewards.

Stacked

DAOs suck at making products, make them suck less with Stacked contributions

Takes inspiration from stacked pull requests. Contributors make a bunch of local contributions, and can organize them in a stack, where each contribution in the stack is linked to the previous. The stack can then be reviewed and accepted piece by piece, in order to not overwhelm the reviewer, but also not block the contributor

Why? Enables each contribution to the DAO to be submitted at an atomic size. If a contribution is too big? Split it and stack it . Allow contributors to work without interruptions, and peer reviewers spend less hours pouring over thousands of large changes at a time.

Stacked contributions could interop extremely well with existing DAO tooling, such as Hats, Radicle, BrightID, SuperFluid, etc
