DIVA - Whitelist Tellor's ETH/USD oracle
This is a proposal to add Tellor's ETH/USD oracle with address 0x123...abc to DIVA's oracle whitelist.
Due diligence was passed.
This way derivatives using ETH/USD as underlying can automatically settled following expiry.
