In an effort to unify the voting mechanisms for our two main liquid staking solutions, this is a proposal to change the tetuQi voting mechanics to be in line with tetuBAL. Specifically the following changes would be made:
The tetuQi-Qi Balancer pool receives 100% of the eQi emissions for tetuQi
tetuQi held outside of the Balancer pool retains 100% of its eQi voting authority (for governance and gauge votes).
tetuQi held inside of the Balancer pool has no voting authority
dxTetu gains the voting authority for all tetuQi inside the Balancer pool
Snapshots for reflection votes are changed to a randomized schedule to avoid exploiting the system to gain both votes and yield.
This approach is far more flexible than the current system, and has already proven to be a popular solution for tetuBAL.
