Rewards boost

As the next step of tokenomics improvements, Tetu team offers the reward boost mechanic for all vaults.

• All rewards stay claimable at any moment, but the longer you do not claim them the more you will receive.

• It is a similar logic as used on Curve - unboosted rewards are just a partial amount of what would be usual rewards. So, without the boost, an investor will claim X% of rewards. During period T available X% will be growing to 100%. X - discussable, we offer 30% T - discussable, we offer 28 days

• When users claim rewards we have a free TETU amount 100% - (X+boost). We offer to reinvest this amount in the same vault for the next 28 days.

• Deposits/Withdraws (without claim) will not affect this mechanic. Users can withdraw 100% of funds and decide to keep rewards accruing boost by not claiming them.

• This initiative requires upgrading all vault proxies. Funds Migration is not required. Changes are pretty simple and not dangerous.
