SUMMARY This proposal is to officially adopt the Operating Agreement (aka Services Agreement) between the Degen DAO and Knights of Degen, Inc.

DESCRIPTION In 2023, the Degen DAO and DGEN token will launch with a mission to establish a broad, diverse and decentralized sports and entertainment kingdom in the metaverse. The Operating Agreement (aka Services Agreement) sets forth the rights and obligations between the Degen DAO and the Knights of Degen, Inc.

MOTIVATION The purpose of this proposal is to officially adopt the Operating Agreement (aka Services Agreement) that was previously published and lays out the rights and obligations between the Degen DAO and the Knights of Degen, Inc.
