Reward for r.u.sty for Outstanding Contribution to SAIL Dashboard

1) What's the big idea? Rewarding r.u.sty with 50,000 SAIL tokens for their exceptional contribution in developing a comprehensive and user-friendly SAIL dashboard. This tool has greatly enhanced the accessibility and monitoring capabilities of the SAIL ecosystem, benefiting all stakeholders by providing real-time data and analytics.

2) What is the problem you are trying to solve? Prior to the SAIL dashboard, accessing consolidated and real-time data about the SAIL ecosystem was cumbersome and non-intuitive, which hindered user engagement and decision-making.

3) What evidence do you have that indicates this is a problem? Feedback from community members highlighted difficulties in tracking their investments and the performance of various SAIL protocols. The need for an integrated dashboard was a recurring theme in community discussions and surveys.

4) What is the desired outcome if the problem is solved? The development of the SAIL dashboard by r.u.sty has already solved this problem by providing a unified platform for monitoring SAIL metrics. The desired outcome of rewarding r.u.sty is to encourage continued innovation and contribution from him and inspire other community members to contribute to the SAIL ecosystem.

5) Who is this for? This reward directly benefits r.u.sty in recognition of his contributions. Indirectly, it benefits all users and stakeholders of the SAIL ecosystem by motivating high-quality contributions and ongoing community engagement.

6) How might this work?

• Reward Allocation: The 50,000 SAIL tokens would be transferred from the Community Residual fund (currently with a balance of 9M SAIL) to r.u.sty as a one-time reward.
• Implementation Requirements: Approval from the AdmiralDAO community, followed by the execution of the vest over the course of 12 months using Sushi’s Furp tool.

How might we prototype/test concept desirability and feasibility? Not applicable as this proposal involves a direct reward for completed work.

Suggested Implementation Plan

• Timeline: Immediate execution upon approval.
• Milestones: Approval vote and subsequent token transfer.
• Costs: The costs are limited to the 50,000 SAIL tokens, with no additional expenses anticipated.
