AP: Adventure 4 rewards distribution

What's the big idea? This proposal tends to distributes the @Adventure IV - Clipper SAILS! rewards among; Adventure Pirates, Adventure Captains and other stakeholders in this Adventure in a way that is considered FAIR by the majority.

What is the problem you are trying to solve?

• Untimely Rewards: Previous Adventures rewards were distributed several months after some good pirates lost their qualifying accounts and/or wallets to hackers, we want to ensure rewards are distributed almost immediately Adventure ends and the preparation starts with this proposal

• Unbalanced distribution: Bloodsail Bandits Pirates were given extra rewards for sealing 1st position in previous Adventures but other ships were given same treatments regardless of positions be it 2nd or 6th. This is not fair enough

What evidence do you have that indicates this is a problem? Now, some pirates don't see fighting and making their ships win as worthy way to get good rewards but prefers to join ships with less number in order to get higher rewards Here is a screenshot of pirate choosing individual honours over ships' honours

What is the desired outcome if the problem is solved? People will once again have reasons to fight to make their ship wins and this brings real competition to @Adventure IV - Clipper SAILS! and competition brings fun. FUN-FILLED Adventure is what we desire and real competition is the driver of the fun

Who is this for?

• This proposal will benefit all participating Adventure 4 pirates no matter how little their activities are, but the active Pirates get more reward and Pirates' efforts' to make their ships win will be rewarded and so is Captains' efforts

• This proposal will benefit Adventure Pirates holding SAIL token for Adventure and Governance purposes as this proposal reserves a portion of the rewards to all Adventure Pirates that took Governance part and voted on this proposal

How might this work? The total reward to be distributed is only regarded as 100% but actual quantity is not disclosed and hence should be distributed as follows;

40% - Distributed to Pirates on Individual Performances

• 15% equally shared among all pirates with at least 50 points
• 10% equally shared among all pirates with at least 200 points
• 8% equally shared among all pirates with at least 500 points
• 5% equally shared among all pirates with at least 900 points
• 2% equally shared among all pirates with at least 1200 points

9% - Distributed to Compensate Heroism

• 5% equally shared among @VIP - Adventure 4 as a special compensation for their heroism Note: it is believed the Code Breakers will be taken into consideration in this category

• 2% equally distributed among all Ethereum depositors as shown on dune to compensate part of the high gas fee spent om depositing Note: Snapshot will be taken at 12AM UTC on September 13, 2023 or last day of the Adventure, whichever that comes first to give everyone a fair chance to claim a share

• 2% distributed among pirates who holds at least 10 NFTs in their wallet to compensate those who spends to buy more NFTs on OpenSea to help their ships get more point before change in scoring rule. The more NFTs you hold, the more your share Note: Snapshot will be taken at 12AM UTC on September 13, 2023 or last day of the Adventure, whichever that comes first to give everyone a fair chance to claim a share

30% - Distributed to Pirates on Ships' performances

• 11% distributed equally among pirates of 1st position ship
• 8% distributed equally among pirates of 2nd position ship
• 5% distributed equally among pirates of 3rd position ship
• 3% distributed equally among pirates of 4th position ship
• 2% distributed equally among pirates of 5th position ship
• 1% distributed equally among pirates of 6th position ship

16% - Distributed on among Captains General

• 6% equally distributed among all the Active 30 Captains (Appraisals will be done among Captains in #captains-deck-adv4 at the end of the Adventure to decide Active Captains)

Ships' Performance

• 3% equally distributed among Captains of 1st position ship
• 2.5% equally distributed among Captains of 2nd position ship
• 2% equally distributed among Captains of 3rd position ship
• 1.5% equally distributed among Captains of 4th position ship
• 0.75% equally distributed among Captains of 5th position ship
• 0.25% equally distributed among Captains of 6th position ship

5% - Distributed among @SAIL Token Hodler All Adventure 4 Pirates that votes on this proposal be in support or against will equally share in this 5% when the proposal made it to snapshot for onchain voting

Note: Voters outside @Adventure IV - Clipper SAILS! Pirates will not be rewarded. So, Adventure Pirates should send their SAIL token to their Adventure wallet to get voting power and vote with with same wallet to be rewarded

Which chains will be affected? L2 chain deemed fit by the @Adventure Judge

Why might this idea fail? Some Pirates of the @Flying Dutchman - A4 ship may choose to downvote this proposal in defence of their proposal
