Pending APY to 0% approval, this proposal aims to payout investors at backing directly following Mr. Doug's proposal to kill APY.

This proposal will allow investors that were against pulling APY to exit at backing price immediately if they wish to do so. Doing so will allow investors that no longer want to stick around an option to be made whole, thus killing fud from individuals that don't want to be in anymore.
